1. Digital Services
All barracudatranslations services are custom professional work. Refund eligibility depends on the stage at which a request is made.
2. Before Work Starts
Full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided no translator has been assigned and no work has commenced.
3. After Work Starts
Pro-rata refund based on work completed. Minimum charge once work is initiated is 30% of total fee. Work is considered commenced once a translator is assigned, typically within 4 hours of payment.
4. EU Consumer Withdrawal Right
EU consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. By requesting commencement of service and proceeding to payment, you acknowledge that work begins within the withdrawal period and waive the withdrawal right for completed portions.
5. Quality Disputes
Raise quality concerns within 7 days of delivery. We will assess and offer correction at no charge or a partial credit. Claims after 7 days cannot be processed.
